This week sees Greig make a victorious return to the podcast and unsurprisingly much of the focus is on the Premiership race to the bottom as he gives Krys and John the lowdown on life trying to avoid the relegation playoff spot. With Motherwell currently sitting four points off both 4th spot and 11th spot, we discuss the validity and safety of the upcoming split, while the possibility of Dundee United coming back into the mix is also discussed.

Looking at Motherwell in particular gives the guys to discuss the merits of youth versus experience and what kind of effect that can have in the dressing room, which then leads nicely into the dicussions around the various refereeing decisions across the weekend – starting with old head Keith Lasley winning a penalty against young head Aidan Nesbitt. It’s not long though before the various decisions of Craig Thompson are the focus of the podcast, while the late penalty at Pittodrie also comes under scrutiny.

Is the title race still going? Arguably it is in the Premiership, and certainly is in League Two, but in between it’s looking far more decisive. Finally there's the usual predictions, and a look ahead at the Scottish Cup quarter finals.

Apologies for any sound quality issues this week, it wasn’t the best of recordings from a technical perspective, but hopefully you get the gist of the discussions. And if you want to know what the title is about this week, this was Greig’s tweet on Friday night when talking about why Motherwell – just like Celtic – couldn’t beat Hamilton.

Thanks as always to McBookie for providing the stakes in our charity bet. For the third time this season it’s been a bet winning double, which made the return of Greig all the more timely given his only previous appearance ensured one of the other two!
