TBH I had no idea Lithuania were ranked as low as 140. Instead of enhancing Gaffas claim that 'it's just one of these things ' it shows just how far Scotland have fallen since the days of Smith / McLeish when Scotland were ranked as high as 13!! At one time we were one place below England

The whole set up has to change but I fear it is too late. Those in control are not going to go easily and those pulling the strings are not interested in anything changing

There are decent players out there. Ross McCormick and Joedan Rhodes simply cannot be worse than Fletcher and Chris Martin. They have to be given a chance

Why is James McArthur starting on the bench??

Why include Lee Wallace in the squad ? Complete waste of a place as he is never getting a game. Why have 2 left backs on the bench and no Barrie McKay or a similar player who could go on and change something

Forget about this campaign and ditch those senior players who are failures and bring through players like McKay

wheresoeverwhensoever and howsoever we are called upon to make our exit. We shall do so as free men.

Maybe it's time to reinstate the selection committee?

Things aren't looking very positive in terms of getting anything from tomorrow game, a must win for us and them but the class of a couple of they're bigger players may be the difference.

3 from 9 isn't qualifying form and we may move into the 2017 games taking 3 from 12.

These next two games may be Stachans last and wouldn't be shocked when he goes. His away record in competitive games is abysmal. Minus wins against Gibraltar, Croatia and Macedonia he has took 2 points on the road.

No clear candidate to replace him so the future isn't looking to positive. Looking forward to seeing what he comes up with tomorrow but wouldn't get any hope up.

Whataboutery time....

Wales drew with Georgia. Following on from this reports of not enough kids playing in the street etc etc.

They have a player like Bale, which we don't, but still only 1 point.

None of the home nations set the Heather on fire. Perhaps with exception of Non Iron but it was San Marino.

That said, if it's anything less than a win tonight we can forget it!!
