What the Labour Party have not twigged too is not all working class people are employed by the State or are Trade Union members, so they don't have the advantages of safe jobs, subsidised pensions, paid public holidays, over manning, sickies etc. This is why the Natz have stole their clothes by offering the tax payer something in exchange for their votes like free prescriptions, bus passes, no bridge tolls etc.

Unfortunately all these benefits have to be paid for by those who produce wealth. i.e. the private sector. Public sector workers only produce income tax and National Insurance on tax that has already been paid by private sector workers or VAT on goods.

Yes many of their services are now considered vital, but how vital is the large sums paid to the town hall Fat Cats to dispense with their services, to save money. This is the kind of 'lining your own nest' that must be changed within the public sector, you scratch my back... mentality. The only way to make them accountable is to make Local Authorities accountable by devolving spending / tax raising  powers to them and thus the tax paying voter.

How many politicians would agree with these proposals? Not the bought and paid for socialist place-men lackeys or corrupt capitalist's. One is as bad as the other.

The Labour party had their chance to elect a new leader but they overwhelmingly backed the hard left Corbyn and his arsehole mate. Good enough for them!!

Smart political move by May and this will surely burst wee Nippys bubble which is never a bad thing. Landslide victory for Conservative Party

wheresoeverwhensoever and howsoever we are called upon to make our exit. We shall do so as free men.

The Labour party will be unelectable for the foreseeable future.

However what is in doubt is how Scotland will fare under a long term Tory administration.

Did I see and hear The Naatz leader Sturgeon on the TV yesterday saying that Mrs May is putting party interests ahead of the country. For a sentient politician to utter such hypocritical sentiments is bordering on lying to the watching public.

Aye, wasn't Sturgeon moaning about Mr May not having won an election, and had no mandate
