Was watching NZ vs OZ until rain sent them indoors.

Unfortunately I had to watch with audio muted.

No prizes for guessing why.

Everyone keeps pronouncing Ronchi wrongly. Even Ronchi himself.   :-D

Was speaking to one of my companies sports traders today and I always try and get a "no brainer" bet out of him.

He said, "Sri Lanka look considerably weaker than the top teams in the ICC Champions Trophy and South Africa are quite rightly one of the favourites, betting South Africa to win on Saturday at 1/3 won't make you rich but it should buy you a beer or two while you watch the Champions League final."

How about "rain stopping play in the 30th. over"?

South Africa have AB De Villiers so back them against everybody.

Their fielding in the first 2 warm up games against England was not what you expect from them.

Sri Lanka have lost many of their 'golden generation' and very much a team in transition. A few years ago they were THE one day specialists.

Recorded the highlights of the NZ V Australia game. NZ top order looked very positive but the mid-order/ tailend collapse was incredible. Their bowlers started well but it was far from a forgone conclusion but your money would have been on NZ.

Obviously cheering on England but Woakes is a huge miss. Disappointed they are not calling up Stuart Broad to replace him for his experience and especially with Ben Stokes looking as if he is carrying an injury. They have to seriously look at moving Moeen Ali up to open and putting Jonny Bairstow in the mid-order. How long are they going to stick with the hopelessly out of form Roy?? I cant believe Bairstow is not one of the first names on the team sheet

Great game. Not so keen on the ODIs as i prefer a test match.

Have hidden a number of comments I feel are inappropriate.

In the mean time can we keep the thread on topic and less of the personal insults that may over step the line.

And of course the whole South African team field like Jonty Rhodes
