Caught in the past with Zepplin, AC/DC in the car on my way to and from work on a Friday. Don't know if anyone else listens in but DAB radio and SKY channel 0110 you can listen to Planet Rock - best in the biz for rock music.

Planet Rock is ace. Soom good banter on it, too.

A year or so back, maybe longer, there was talk of it closing down. Did someone famous not step in and save it? Am I right in also thinking that it went off air briefly and was replaced with bird song?

Alice Cooper has been on the show since 2006, maybe that is who you are thinking of?

The Good The Bad and the Queen, with Damon Albarn and the great Paul Simonon.

Hadn't listen to this in awhile and I had forgotten what a great effing record it is! Just wish they would get around to recording a follow up.

The Smiths - bigmouth strikes again

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EYLmptz_r_o

Sweetness, sweetness I was only joking
When I said I'd like to smash every tooth
In your head

Oh ... sweetness, sweetness, I was only joking
When I said by rights you should be
Bludgeoned in your bed

How does he manage to create a song so dark and yet so upbeat?

Way of the West - don't say thats just for white boys.

i bought this song on 7" vinyl (this is the 12" version) back in 1980 and lost it around 1985 at a party....managed to download a copy from limewire a while back and it's brilliant....hope folk agree....

try a cpl of their other tracks - "city for lovers" - drum - see you shake

... re=related

Honest to God Craig, if there is one artist that I would gladly replace a monkey used for vivisection with is that pr*ck. He makes chamber music sound upbeat.....Posted Image

Surprised that I found the full uncut version of the Belouise Some video for Imagination. Can only every remember it being aired once back in the mid 80's on a very late night show, don't know how they managed to get it even the one showing on TV.
When all’s said and done it’s only a game.

Missed them when they came to my part of the world. A combination of ticket prices (and being skint) and I not a big fan of the particular venue they played at. I also think it may have been an all ages show and the days of going to those kind of shows are looooong gone!
