What are you planning to have for dinner? Sunday roast or something different?

We are having Thai red curry with prawns and prawn crackers.

Some Yaldara wine to wash it down.

BBQ!! :D 28-matured rump steak mmmm!!! The 28-matured rump is cheaper (£9.73/kg) than the standard shitty dyed-red rump steak (£11.48/kg) at Asda just now! If you don't know where to find it, look to the top shelf at the beef section for something that looks a similar colour to liver (the colour goes normal onces it's out the packet).

Heat the pan 'til it's almost smoking/wait 'til BBQ coals go white. Add a little oil to pan or steak and season if desired. Rare: 3-4 minutes each side. Medium: 4-5 minutes each. Well done: 6-7 minutes each. Cover with foil and leave to rest somewhere warm for at least 5mins. Best steak you'll have ever cooked!

i find that frozen meals are alright if you put enough cayenne pepper and garlic powder on them so that you can't really taste them

Last night I had sainsburys taste the difference burgers. They were half price due to best before date. I had two massive burger buns and had cheese and lettuce on the rolls. I also had relish on it, but it just didn't taste right. It turns out that relish has been in the fridge for 4 months. I only realised once I had finished, when I found the new jar at the back of the fridge. It's ok though , I'm still alive.

I had macaroni cheese and chips.

Craig, does getting a takeaway not defeat the purpose of playing football? Ha
