What's the most recent albums you have bought or downloaded? Old or new.

I love going in to Fopp for a look and inevitably end up buying some albums.

Yesterday I bought:

Moon Safari by Air
Tigermilk by Belle & Sebastian
Songs in A & E by Spiritualized

Others I've bought recently either for FW or me are:

21 by Adele
Bread and Circuses (signed copy) by The View
Submarine by Alex Turner

Next month I'll get Miles Kane debut and Fleet Foxes new one.

The Vaccines was the last album I bought.

Before that, it was Adele and every Pulp album.

You can get a phono to stereo cable to wire it up to your sound card. I'm sure a stereo connector would work in the microphone socket.

you would need an app that would record from your microphone input. Windows XP has a recorder, but its too simple for your requirement. You should be able to find something for free to do it.

I tend to use Spotify for that kind of thing. Do you use it?

Most recent album bought is The Colour of the Trap by Miles Kane.

Had a wee listen to Fleet Foxes album earlier while helping FW make dinner and it sounded good.

I download almost everything these days. Mostly 'coz it's easier and partly because I can't find much of the music I like in Brazilian shops.

Last downloaded "Cage the Elephant's" latest album, "Thank You, Happy Birthday" and "The Raconteurs" - "Consolers Of The Lonely" because they have a song which reminded me of Cage the Elephant which was on a movie soundtrack (don't remember the movie).
