Thought I'd kick this one off because I'm paticularlly interested in the speculation surrounding the x2 DU players that the Gers appear interested in.

Thought through the week that Craig Conway was moving towards a deal and Goodwillie, well thats been in the melting pot for a while. Taking the Conway case, I know that he was in the market for several months and no English clubs would bite. Now he is a free agent, I thought a move the Rangers would have been ideal for him.

I think Conway is a right good player and I'm very surprised no English Championship clubs have been interested. From a Scottish perspective I'd rather he left Scotland as I like to see Scottish talent try to succeed in a different league, that said I think he'd do a good job at Rangers (unfortunately).

Aye he is a good player and a former Ayr player at that, which we had 20% on prior to him going free :( Him and Goodie will be dam good catches for the Gers if they can manage it. For the players, a tranfer to Rangers could enhance their Scotland careers with Smith onboard at Castle Greyskull.

I think it's a given that should they both move to Rangers they'd be more likely to start for Scotland. I'd probably play Goodwillie for Scotland anyway as Miller constant sitters piss me off, the boy needs 7 chances to score one goal.

I really admire his work rate and attitude but I'm not a big fan. Great first half of the season last year but I think that was a one off.

Staying on the Rangers theme for now, just noticed that Charlie Miller wants to come back to Rangers. Think he is the same age as Bazza but, was interested to hear opinions on whether he could till cut it at Ibrox. :?:

Wanting and getting are poles apart. He has no chance of a return. He never cut it first time around.
