Got to say that I've been quite impressed with Presley after was seemed to be a bit of a shaky start at the club.

The only reason for 10 or 12 team SPL is so that the TV companies can get 4 Gruesome Twosome fixtures per season; if they could get more, they would so....why not have the Glasgow pair play each other every week and the rest playfor the league title then, in May, the winners of the Gruesome Twosome League plays the winner of the rest of Scotland League for the overall Championship? Everyone`s a winner - the TV companies get 34 "big" games and the rest of Scotland gets a competitive league. Seemples.

what about players in "the rest of scotland" that relish the chance to play the "Gruesome Twosome"?

after seeing Falkirk give us a good game at Hampden in the Semi's i think Steven's onto Something. i'd love to see all Scottish football doing that and starting From Scratch!
I think what they are doing is the way ahead. The SFA think so too as performance schools have been set up after seeing Falkirk arrangement with Grange Academy.

the big problem will be keeping the players, we will sell every player that we get a bid for as we need the money.

At least though if the players are sold on you should get reasonably decent money to invest again in production of more good young players.

Pressley must tell his team to hide in the bushes and watch me play at Stirling uni on a Friday. That's his secret.
