The pair, who both have caps at senior level, are included in Billy Stark’s squad for the match, which takes place in Nijmegen on Monday, November 14.
Huddersfield Town striker Jordan Rhodes, who is in Craig Levein’s pool for the senior international friendly with Cyprus, is also included and will link up with the squad after his week with the full squad, which culminates with the match in Larnaca on November 11.
Hull City midfielder Thomas Cairney, Spurs keeper Jordan Archer, Sheffield Wednesday’s Liam Palmer and Burnley’s Alex MacDonald are the other English-based players in the side.
Scotland are currently second in Group 10, four points behind Holland, with one win and two draws from their three fixtures to date.
Stark’s side started their campaign with a 0-0 draw at home to Bulgaria, before winning 5-0 in Luxembourg and then drawing 2-2 with Austria in Paisley.
Goalkeepers: Grant Adam (Rangers), Jordan Archer (Tottenham Hotspur, on loan to Bishop’s Storford), Mark Ridgers (Hearts, on loan to East Fife)
Defenders: Callum Booth (Hibernian), Darren Cole (Rangers), Paul Hanlon (Hibernian), Ryan Jack (Aberdeen), Ross Perry (Rangers), Danny Wilson (Liverpool)
Midfielders: Scott Allan (Dundee United), Tom Cairney (Hull City), James Forrest (Celtic), Liam Kelly (Kilmarnock), Liam Palmer (Sheffield Wednesday), Peter Pawlett (Aberdeen), David Wotherspoon (Hibernian), Gregg Wylde (Rangers)

I agree with you about Hanley, but who would replace him as a sub in the senior squad?

I'm not sure to be honest. Maybe Martin can force his way in and impress in Cyprus match.

Martin is more of a full-back than centre back. Bardsley or can cover CB, or Levein could bring in Alex Pearce, Andy Webster, Kirk Broadfoot, Stephen McManus or Charlie Mulgrew... I think the U21s could benefit from having Hanley and it'd be good to include Alex Pearce or Charlie Mulgrew in the senior squad... Anyway, I'm sure Hanley benefits from being involved in the senior squad.

Martin is more of a full back but he has been playing centre back recently for Norwich. Broadfoot is not good enough for Scotland squad. I used to like Webster when he was first at Hearts but not sure how good he is playing these days.

The winger lined up for Scotland’s Under-21 side in a specially arranged fixture against the Ibrox club and scored the only goal of the game.
Wylde is one of three Rangers players in Billy Stark’s national squad, with defenders Darren Cole and Ross Perry also selected for the forthcoming European Under-21 Championship qualifier against Holland.
The Under 21s are currently four points behind their Monday opponents in Group 10 with three games played, having won one and drawn two of their games to date.
Wylde will miss Rangers’ next two games after the international break, having been sent off in his last competitive match against Dundee United.
The 20-year-old was dismissed for violent conduct in the game, having kicked out at Willo Flood, leading to manager Ally McCoist telling Wylde publicly he will have to “learn things like that are not acceptable”.

As I've said before, Webster has been immense since returning to Tynecastle. Rock solid. The only issue is of course his injury problems, but he is fit just now so personally I think he should be included.
