I read on twitter earlier that Gavin Rae has supposedly signed for Dundee again according to stv sport. Has this been confirmed? He must be taking a massive wage cut.

Maybe this is similar to Neil McCann, who played for peanuts because of their financial situation.

Scratching each others back really, he gets games and fitness and is in the shop window. Be good to see him back at Dens though.

A good move for both parties. You never know, he may stay past January.

Indeed so. I'd still be interested to hear some views from Dundee fans as to his performances recently.

Good luck to him, he has played well for us again in his short time with us, he is still a class player and probably Rangers should have
taken him back again but Aberdeen have stepped in.
He will do well at Aberdeen and will bolster up there midfield. We will all sadly miss him at Dens

Why would Rangers take him back ? He wasn't exactly brilliant first time round

Well he is a lot better than some of the players you have got and he would have cost you nothing

Not that fyvie really needs it, but rae will be a good role model for him. Sometimes you need an older head to move you to the next level.

All down to opinions Stu..as I said earlier he was less than average last time round. If he does well at Aberdeen good for both
