This may encourage Davy Malcolm
to post again and there is also boyle1875.

They now have a new manager in Pat Fenlon who has a job on his hands trying to improve the clubs performances. He has a good reputation from Ireland with working on a budget and helped his club win cups in last two seasons. Maybe Hibs can finally win Scottish cup again.

It is reported that Billy Brown is set to stay on at Hibs though there is no mention of what role.

Spot on JHR. I was of the opinion last year that we were too good to go down but now i realise thats not the case. BB staying on most likely to help PF build up knowledge of scottish football much in the same way Adams was spose to do with Calderwood. Can only be a good thing aslong as he doesn't have any input regarding tactics.

What are Hibs's chances this year in the Scottish cup to finally lay to rest that mill stone around their neck?

Hibernian winning the Scottish Cup in 1887 is often cited as one of the key factors in suggesting that a similar club be started in Glasgow to help the Irish immigrant population in the east end of that city.

Since then, that club has won the Scottish Cup a record 35 times. Hibernian won it just once more.

Thanks Hibs :-)

And who do we have to 'thank' for the other Galsgow club being formed?
