I think it will be after March.

I have just renewed mine and deadline is March so I'd imagine after that they will be open to new members joining.

welcome to the forum.

I think the membership will open early next year, but you will have to be quick to catch it as it sells out quite quickly.

Might not be too difficult joining this time round. Like myself, there are quite a few who aren't renewing. In my case it really isn't worth it. Membership means your home tickets for qualifiers cost you an extra £5 and I couldn't go to them all due to work commitments. I gained nothing from it, except from a t shirt you wouldn't give to a tramp and a car sticker

nothing wrong with a car sticker ;)

I dont think the cost justifies the guaranteed ticket, when you will be able to get a ticket for pretty much every game anyway. I cant see any other reason to join.

Away games. If you want to go to them, you pretty much need to be in the supporters club.

Don't forget you need points to have any chance of away tickets. 1 point awarded per away game attended and most decent away games require 3-6pts so if you're just joining, the game against Wales is your only real chance of a ticket unless you enter a ballot for the others.
Away ticket v Wales for a £45 membership fee? Naw thanks

If you're just joining your best bet is to pick up some friendlies. The Carling Nations Cup was good for boosting your points for instance.

Agree mate, there were a few games that could have boosted yer points, it's just a shame that in order to have any chance of a ticket nowadays, you must first spend quite a few bob going to games you'd normally bodyswerve

I'll be honest, I'm in the supporters club and I only joined because I was struggling to get tickets against the biggest teams. It was probably worth it just to see Spain this time round, but our group is pretty mince for the World Cup so you'll probably get a home ticket no matter who we play. This time. If we get to the playoffs, then it might become an issue, but even that's a big if.

I never even got to see the Spain game (work) so my membership was a complete waste of money because I could get a ticket for every other game no problem

I am a member because any time I've not been a member I've struggled to get tickets for big games. It used to be better when you could get 2 tickets with your membership. I take the young one too as got him a kids membership. I refuse to sit in family section though.

I missed the Spain game too as it was during October holidays and I picked that time to go to Rome on a surprise holiday to propose. I hadn't realised when booking that I'd be away when we played Spain at home. FW's dad took my ticket.
