Sky Sports News, and the lovely Charlotte Jackson, was saying earlier that the guy is another judge who wasn't assigned to the fight. Thst's how he was able to get into the area he was in. The judges all knew him, which explains why they didn't mind him being there.
Could be interesting to see how that fits the laws of the sport. Amir Khan's side are still pushing for a rematch or a the match to be declared void.

looks a bit dodgy with the guy in the hat there, thats against the rules, i think khan may have something here, but if they were gonna fiddle the scores wouldnt they have done it moe discreetly? dont like khan, and since he has moved to USA he has become more up his own arse than before.

Apparently the WBA are going to call for a rematch, call the fight a no contest and expect the IBF to follow suit. Turns out this guy is Mustafa Ameen who works for the IBF but had hee haw to do with the fight. Allegedly he has connections to Peterson's camp so just a wee tad dodgy then.

The Mirror is also reporting that a rematch should happen, with quotes from the WBA vice president

I see Freddie Roach (Khan's trainer) has said he knows the guy personally, he IS NOT an IBF official and shouldn't have been anywhere near ringside during the fight
