Brighton have had a bid of £300,000 accepted for Falkirk's Murray Wallace. If he signs they will loan him straight back to Falkirk. There are two other championship clubs expected to bid for Wallace. The player is a left sided defender who was previously released by Rangers.

I reckon it is good to see one of our youngsters who is not in SPL go for a reasonably decent fee. The money is pennies to a championship side.

Let's hope he gets in to the team quickly and manages to keep his place. I think it is good that more of our youngsters are heading down south and hope in the long run that it can benefit our game as money is then reinvested in youth.

Murray Wallace is expected to sign for Brighton, Ipswich or Huddersfield. It is being reported that whoever he signs for will loan him back to Falkirk for rest of the season.
