The Big Breakfast TV show is coming back, in time for the Olympics.
Producers have permission to use the old Big Breakfast house by the East London Olympics site for the show, which will be on Channel 4 or 5.
A source said: “The aim is to be as good as the original – full of fun and frolics.”
Insiders say the show will feature favourite features from the past such as Vital Statistics, More Tea, Vicar and The Pun Down.
Producers reckon they will be able to lure viewers from ITV’s struggling Daybreak – and the show could become permanent if they succeed.
Former presenter Amanda Byram said she would be glad to return, adding: “There’s a big gap in the market.”
Other members of the C4 talent may return – although star presenters Chris Evans and Denise Van Outen are unlikely to be among them.

used to watch it before going to school when it was on, washed, breakfast, quick pull over denise van outen then off tae school.
