She looks like a cracker Gus . A sable German Shepherd , does she have papers ? . And if so what is her story ? Why was she at the dogs trust ? That is a valuable dog (with papers) you have there (going by the pic) and dogs like that aren't often to be found in places like the dogs trust unless there are extenuating circumstances .

I'll take yer word for it, what I know about dogs you could probably put on the back of a postage stamp and still have room to spare, usually there is no such thing as bad dogs just bad owners is that right??

My auld gran had the full size version Boab and it was a cracking dog (was my uncles but he worked away all the time and ditched him) . Very friendly, actually a bit too friendly . As he was solid muscle when he would come up to get petted he hasd a tendency to knock you on yer arse (the dog that is not me uncle  )

Beautiful dog Gus. Cannae stand those ugly bastard dogs with the smashed faces that struggle to breathe. Not a big fan of pitbulls either, sorry Sheeny but that is one plug ugly face on that thing. I quite liked Staffs until they became a symbol for chavdom, and now every rocket/junkie has to have one. Shame, crackin wee dugs

Cheers, I have to be honest it was my girlfriend who pushed for another dog. Going well so far though, wee moments of tension between them and Georgie bit Gus on the arse in the park a couple of days ago which didn't go down to well.

I had a german shepherd when I was younger, a cracking dug called Junior. Only problem is that it didn't like other dogs, could even take it close it one or it would start fighting.

Just remembered a wee story.

My younger brother was out playing one Friday and as usual had the dog out with him. A couple of hours had passed when we suddenly realised that no-one had seen him for a while.
My parents were obviously a bit upset, and we gathered some of the neighbours together to start looking for him.
We hadn't been looking for long when one of the neighbours kids caming running up and said they had been found, they were round at Cliftonhill, the home of Albion Rovers.

It turns out my brother thought it would be a good idea to take Junior round to the stadium and race it against some greyhounds. They had the races every Friday night and my brother decided that Junior could beat these skinny dugs and get him some pocket money.

The funniest thing I remember about the whole thing is my dad returning after collecting them. My dad in front and both my brother and the dog walking slowly behind with their heads down. :lolno:
