St Johnstone and Hearts go head-to-head tomorrow evening to fight for a place in the quarter final of the Scottish Cup, with a home tie against either Ross County or St Mirren awaiting the victors.

Dave Mackay and Ian Black are suspended for this tie, but Murray Davidson and David Templeton could both return for their respective sides.

Rumours are that Steve Lomas may also drop Peter Enkleman, and potentially bring in Alan Mannus.

Match Squads:

St Johnstone: Enckelman, C Davidson, McCracken, Anderson, Morris, Croft, Craig, Sheridan, M Davidson, Sandaza, Haber, Compton, Gray, Stewart, Millar, Moffat, Mannus, Wright, Robertson, Oyenuga.

Hearts: MacDonald, Barr, Hamill, Grainger, McGowan, Webster, Zaliukas, Mrowiec, Robinson, Skacel, Novikovas, Elliott, Obua, Santana, Smith, Glen, Taouil, Driver, Ridgers, Holt.

Tricky one to call for me. Saints have generally been stronger on the road, where they can hit on the break, and were soundly beaten by United at the weekend. Hearts have been poor away from home though, and bar the Celtic game we generally don't concede much, but struggle to get the goals at the other end.

I fancy it being tight, and could go either way by a single goal - or even all the way to extra time and penalties.

Not convinced on Macdonald in goals, but Ridgers is completely untested at this level. Main concern is in attack though, and I'd maybe like to see a 4-4-2 with Smith or Glen allowed to join Elliott up front, since the Irishman really needs more support up there.

Black's absence is a loss, but maybe more reason to go with a flat 4 in the midfield and try and play on the front foot.

I fear we won't though, and this one will be decided by the odd goal in....1.

I've been rather pessimistic recently though and a few fellow Jambos have told me I need to stop being so critical of the team. I'll go 1-0 Hearts. Maroon tinted specs back on ;)

Hearts side tonight: Macdonald; Hamill, Webster, Zaliukas, Grainger; Mrowiec, Robinson, Taouil; Skacel, Obua, Elliott.

Subs: Ridgers, McGowan, Suso, Templeton, Smith.

Not entirely happy with the line-up. Obua starting immediately gets me worried, and I'd probably have at least 4 of the subs in the starting team.

Still, will see how it goes...

Looks a decent game, I did look for a stream until I remembered Barcelona were playing tonight.

Not sure who I'd prefer to go through as a Celtic fan, but maybe Hearts can play on the fact St Johnstone got hammered on Saturday?

I reckon it'll be close regardless of that result. Enckelman is dropped for Saints too, which is probably a positive for them!

Just had to 'unfriend' Obua on Facebook, it just dawned on me that I constantly slag him on it and he is on my friends list haha.

Not that he'd give a shit, I imagine...

St Johnstone Team: Mannus, Anderson, McCracken, Wright, Maybury, Millar, Morris, Murray Davidson, Craig, Sandaza, Sheridan

No fair! They have dropped Enckelman! Now WE have the dodgy keeper, although who knows what Mannus is like...?

Not awfully pleased to see 'SAS' back in for Saints either...

It's always a risk bringing in a new keeper, regardless of their quality, so you may get lucky Laurie. Were the bbc not doing online commentary?

Just open all mics for all the games tonight. Sometimes it's OK, but tonight I wanted coverage on the Hearts game itself.

Half time 0-0.

Same old story so far.

Nothing much in the way of chances, but Saints definitely sound the more dangerous.

We just offer very little in attack, especially on the road.

A few people apparently unhappy about a decision at the end of the half, when Sheridan supposedly elbowed Danny Grainger(I think).

Will have to see it later I suppose.

1,500 Hearts fans at the game, apparently around half of the overall attendance there tonight. Decent away support for a Tuesday night replay, especially on Valentine's night ;)

Maybe they are AT the game eh??

Hearts have started the second half stronger, fans in good voice too. Still need to actually SCORE, but more positive.

David Obua is replaced by David Templeton.

Good change usually, but it is greeted with boos from the Hearts fans after Obua had been our best player apparently!
