Came a bit against the run of play, Falkirk still controlling the game now.
All to play for now though!

Mark Roberts steps up....scores! 2-1 Ayr!
Could it be another memorable cup run for them...?

Why? More chance of knocking Hibs out in the next round...?

The reaction on the radio is that the 'right team went through' in the end, after an apparent fantastic second half from the hosts.

Seemed like a very good Saints performance, especially in a tricky away tie, and considering they had 10 men for a large part of the match.
They didn't catch the Steven Thompson alleged elbow in the highlights, but I hear St Mirren aren't going to appeal - so maybe that says something about his guilt...?
Good finish from Teale for the opening goal.
Let's just hope that their run comes to an end next round
