With threads already active that cover the Hearts and Aberdeen matches, I thought I'd start one for the other two ties in the Scottish Cup.

Also tonight is the replay between Ross County and St Mirren, and then tomorrow is Ayr United vs Falkirk, which is a first time - not a replay, yet.

Currently 0-0 in the County vs Buddies match, teams are:

Ross County

01 Malin
02 Miller
03 Morrison
04 Boyd
05 Flynn
06 Duncan
07 Craig
10 Quinn
11 Corcoran
08 Gardyne
09 Morrow

Substitutes

18 Fraser
16 Munro
15 Lawson
12 Byrne
14 Cooper

St Mirren

01 Samson
03 Barron
05 Mair
14 McAusland
22 Tesselaar
06 Goodwin
10 McGowan
21 Teale
23 Carey
09 Thomson
11 Hasselbaink

Substitutes

12 Smith
02 van Zanten
37 Naismith
15 Mooy
08 Thompson

Half time County 0-0 St Mirren. But the Buddies are down to 10 men, Steven Thompson sent off.

2-0 to 10 man Saints. Bit of a surprise for me!

County pull one back through Sam Morrow, now 2-1 St Mirren. Hasselbaink scored the second Buddies goal incidentally.

St Mirren go through 2-1. Looks like they'll play St Johnstone then...

1-1 now, Geggan with the leveller.

Came a bit against the run of play, Falkirk still controlling the game now.

All to play for now though!

Bright start to the second half from Ayr United, now putting some pressure on Falkirk.

Penalty Ayr, handball Darren Dods!

Mark Roberts steps up....scores! 2-1 Ayr!

Could it be another memorable cup run for them...?

Why? More chance of knocking Hibs out in the next round...?

Full time 2-1 Ayr United.

The reaction on the radio is that the 'right team went through' in the end, after an apparent fantastic second half from the hosts.

I like what Falkirk are doing in promoting youth and think they are a good example to follow.

Just watched the highlights of County vs St Mirren.

Seemed like a very good Saints performance, especially in a tricky away tie, and considering they had 10 men for a large part of the match.

They didn't catch the Steven Thompson alleged elbow in the highlights, but I hear St Mirren aren't going to appeal - so maybe that says something about his guilt...?

Good finish from Teale for the opening goal.

Let's just hope that their run comes to an end next round ;)
