A few chums and I were having a discussion regarding Star Trek and we couldnt remember which episode that Captain James T. Kirk uttered the immortal line" Let them die,let them all die". This week of all weeks eh as HH would say "whats the chances of that happening eh".

Is the respect agenda all over I know have been away for what mmmmmmmm 45 days but is this language now acceptable people have been encouraged to have a wee "break"for less me thinks,still thanks for your imput.

As for Hayzy whinging about it's use ... I'm sure he has made a few posts in his various guises about the use of "Industrial language" as he put it . Seems he doesn't mind using it but doesn't like it being used against him . Seems you and HHe have a lot in common .

Only when someone is called it, not very nice, however I have no interest in contributing in a conversation that makes Craig lock down a thread, so I have answered the question and am now moving on, cheers

It was near the start of Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country. Kirk says it in reference to the Klingons who had just had a natural disaster. Spock is pushing for peace treaties, but Kirk has better ideas.
