A couple of the family have been. All good reviews. Looks brilliant in the pics too with a strange mix of new and old

The guy who lives next door to me wants to take me on a tour of North Wales later this year.  He's been there quite a lot and likes going to Llandudno and the Great Orme and Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch and the mountains of Snowdonia.  His parents have also owned a holiday home in North Wales for years and now they may be about to sell it to him.  All these places aren't that far away from Bolton (you can see the mountains of Snowdonia and the North Wales coast and Great Orme, as well as Blackpool Tower, the Cumbrian mountains, Liverpool, the Irish Sea, Southport, the Peak District and Snaefell, the Isle of Man's highest mountain, from the top of Winter Hill - at the foot of which is the Reebok Stadium - just outside Bolton on a clear day) so it won't take long to get there.  Knowing Wales, though, it'd just chuck it down every day that we are there.

I'm going to Egypt on my own for ten days in September to look at the pyramids and that, so to celebrate here's an appropriate song from those Canning Town lads Madness:

Off to Croatia, Bosnia and Munich for three weeks on Friday. Considering I got badly sunburnt in Cardiff a month ago, things could end badly...
