Monaco v City

15 March 2017 - 08:17 PM

30 minutes in City 2 down and out of CL as it stands.

GIRUY as far as the english teams are concerned

2nd goal was quite wonderful build up play

Pedro Caixinha

10 March 2017 - 06:50 AM

Surprised no thread on this big Scottish football news

Looks like Rangers have finally got their man

I believe that, like Ronnie Deila, he needs to be given a chance. Hearing a lot of negativity from Rangers' fans I know - maybe the fact there is no thread on this tells its own story?

What are the thoughts on here?

ICT v Celtic

01 March 2017 - 07:16 PM

Celtic's only dropped points so far was in the season's earlier fixture. On the back of beating Rangers ICT may just fancy a wee double against the Glasgow giant.

Celtic missing Forest and Paddy Roberts so GMS gets the nod. Sviatchenko in for Simunovic. ICT - NFI whether this is a there best 11 !

A narrow victory for the away team.

Anyone get a stream please post it on this thread

Hibs v Hearts

22 February 2017 - 05:24 PM

Biggie in auld reekie tonight.

Colleague and also brother in law ares big Hibbees fans but neither confident.

Hearts hitting form at the right time? Not on TV.

Can see it going all the way to penalties but if i had to pick a winner (I dont) I can see wily Lennon coming up trumps.

non domestic rates

15 February 2017 - 10:17 PM

Thought that belter of a heading would attract interest

HAMPDEN faces a significant hike in its rates and the MSM are reporting today that the SFA may have to walk away from the National Stadium rather than pay the additional £175,000 which is reported to be “unaffordable.”

Independent revaluations were carried out in early 2015 and will come into effect from April 1 this year across all grounds in Scottish football.

So Hampden is not the only football stadium which will see changes to its rates.

Celtic, Hearts, Hibs, Dundee United and St Mirren have all seen the rateable value of their grounds fall while Rangers, Ross County, Inverness Caley Thistle, Dundee and Hamilton face significant rises.

Surely Hampden won't close because of this?

A burden for a number of cash strapped clubs and prices may have to rise to accommodate this tax
